Position: OD Human Resources Manager

Description of Duties: This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational resource needs and the creative design,
implementation and evaluation of strategies and programs to ensure a highly qualified, well-trained workforce that addresses the strategic needs of the organization.
Programs to include:
- Corporate and unit HR resource planning
- Company wide Skills Management including tracking & measurement tools
- Employee & Leadership Training programs - internal and external
- Company wide Resource pipeline development process
- Recruiting
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred.
Comparable years of related experience considered in lieu of education.
Experience/Skills: Five to seven years of related HR, organizational design, training/development, professional level recruiting and project planning experience required.
Minimum three years of direct people management responsibility. Experience working with organizational development for operations in a complex organizational and/or multi-functional business unit setting.
Excellent change management skills required. Ability to make formal presentations on a variety of work-related topics on a regular basis required.
