Position: Field e-Business Specialist - Domiciled in New Jersey

Description of Duties:
Provide system service and support to independent agents representing Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. Works with e-Business management and teams to increase usage of online systems and automated workflows, as well as provide improved communication of Preferred's product offerings. Meet established company goals in service, ease of doing business, production and profitability.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of property/casualty experience. Software deployment/user training experience preferred. Designations related to the insurance industry recommended.
Experience/Skills: Requires a set of technological skills, a strong technology background using personal computers, web-based systems and software applications, and the skills and ability to train and educate others in the efficient and effective use of Preferred's technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to make presentations to a diverse audience.
- Experience and understanding of agency management systems and their interface capabilities and knowledge of comparative raters.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid drivers license, good driving record, and the ability to travel and make presentations to agencies, attend seminars, conventions and training sessions.
